Goddess Gaumari appeared to be an aspect of Murugan. So that she is brave and courageous. She is also known as Sashti, Devasena. She gives enthusiasm and undiminished youth to the devotees. We worship her to get rid of problem that related to house, land. She cures them who have heat related disease.

Goddess Maheshwari is worshipped on day one of Navaratri. Goddess Maheshwari is wife of Lord Shiva and another name of Goddess Maheshwari is Parvati, Uma, Gauri. She is the daughter of the mountain king Himavan and queen Mena. She is Devine of power and Strength. So that she is also called as Shakthi.



Flower : Jasmine.

Neivedhyam (Special offering for God) : Pongal.

Color : yellow.

Thithi : Pradhamai.

kolam : Draw kolam using rice flour.

Raagam : Thodi Raagam.

Slokam :

Powerful Ram Mantra for Success.

Rama was an avatar of Lord Vishnu who reborn on the earth to destroy demons and state the path of Dharma. “Ram” the name is also a very powerful mantra. It is chanted since ancient Hindu devotees.
