Day 6

     Indrani appeared to be an aspect of Indra. She wears glittering crown on his head and sits on top of the white elephant. She is also known as Mahendri and Iyndri Devi. She is worshipped for getting good spouse and property. She removes all fears about enemy and yaman.

      If chants the Indrani Gayatri mantra and worships Indrani, those who are not married will soon get married and have unity between husband and wife.

Flower : Hibiscus Flower (Semparuthi செம்பருத்தி)

Neivedhyam : Coconut Rice

Color : Red.

Thithi : Sashti

Kolam : Draw the name of the goddess using Bengal gram flour.
