Sloka for Getting Pregnant (Putra Prapti Ashtakam).

       Sri Putraprapthy Ashtakam is written by Vikuntavasi Sri Mukkur Lakshmi Narasimhachariyar. The palasruthi says that recitation of this ashtakam fulfills any wish over and above putra prApthi. The first stanza and the palasruthi was given by PerumaL and the remaining was composed by Sri Mukkur Lakshmi Narasimhachariyar Swamy.

        Lord Ganesha , son of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, is worshiped in Hindu Religion as the god of beginnings, knowledge, wisdom, intellect and remover of obstacles. Meaning:
     The Lord with the elephant face, served by all the Ganas, One who takes as His food, the essence of Kapitta and Jamboophala (these are two favorite fruits of Ganesh), son of Uma (Mother Parvati), destroyer of misery of the devotees, controller of obstacles, we worship Your Lotus Feet.
