Sloka for Overcome Obstacles.



"Shuklam Baradharam Vishnum, 
Shashi Varnam Chatur Bhujam
Prasanna Vadanam Dhyayet, 
Sarva Vighna Upashaanthaye."


      Meaning: We meditate on Lord Ganesha - who is clad in white (representing purity), who is all pervading (present everywhere), whose complexion is gray like that of ash (glowing with spiritual splendor), who has four arms, who has bright countenance (depicting inner calm and happiness) and who can destroy all obstacles (in our spiritual and worldly path).

dharam - worn, adorned
vishnum - all pervading
shashi - moon, pure, white
varnam - colour
chatur- four
bhujam -hands
prasanna - happy
vadanam - face
dhyayeth - pray, meditate
sarva - all
vighna - obstacles
upa - near
shantaye -silence or bliss.

Shaantaakaaram bhujagashayanam padmanaabham suresham

Aushadam chintayed vishnum ~ bhojanam cha janardhanam;
shayane padmanabham cha ~ vivahe cha prajapatim;
yuddhe chakradharam devam ~ pravase cha trivikramam;
narayanam thanu tyage ~ sridharam priya sangame;
dusswapne smara govindam ~ sankate madhusudhanam;
kaanane naarasimham cha ~ pavake jalasayinam;
jalamadhye varaham cha ~ parvathe raghunandanam;
gamane vamanam chaiva ~ sarva kaleshu madhavam !
Sodasaitaani naamani ~ prathuruddhaya yah patthet;
sarva paapa vinirmukto ~ vishnu loke maheeyate !"

Sloka for Getting Good Job or Promotion.

Panchagni Mantra - To get Jobs or Promotions 

The following Panchagni Mantra is highly powerful and greatly beneficial for employees facing problems at their office and for people in search of jobs. Workers who are unable to get promotions or increments even though they deserve it, can use this mantra to bring positive help to their life. Job aspirants who have been in search of a good job for long, can meditate on this mantra and then renew their search after mantra siddhi.



"Om namo narayanaya shashwathaya nithyaya yoganandhaya paramathmane
jnanaya bhumipathaye lokaya agnaye panchagnipathaye
vedagathraya samaghoshaya gopalavallabhaya gogopapathaye rathnasimhasanashrayaya namah."

Chant the above mantra 108 times each in the morning and evening. Light a lamp and sit in front of it while chanting, facing east direction in the morning and west direction in the evening. Practice the chanting for 14 continuous days, preferably starting on a thursday or a sunday morning.

Guru Slokam.

"Gurur Brahma Gurur Vishnu
Gurur Devo Maheshwarah
Gurur Saakshaat Parabrahma
Tasmai Shri Guruve Namah."

Meaning: The Guru is Brahma (The God of Creation).
The Guru is Vishnu (The God of Sustenance).
The Guru is Shiva (The God of Annihilation).
